Working Principle of Hydrogen Dryer
The working principle of hydrogen dryer can be divided into the following steps:
1, adsorption: hydrogen through the drying tower, the desiccant adsorption of water and other impurities, so that the hydrogen is purified.
2,Heating: the adsorbed impurities need to be heated and desorbed for further drying. The role of the heater is to heat the hydrogen to improve the drying effect.
3,Condensation: The heated hydrogen needs to be cooled through the condenser to make the unevaporated impurities and water droplets condense down for further filtration.
4,Filtering: The condensed hydrogen gas also needs to pass through the filter to filter out the particulate impurities, in order to ensure the quality of the final output of hydrogen.
